Autumn Construction operated as the primary mechanical contractor for the $23 million M6 Maintenance Facility Project, contracted by the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority (ISTHA) and Stenstrom Construction Company. This project entailed constructing a 67,000 SF maintenance facility alongside a 5,200 SF truck wash facility. Our scope of work encompassed the installation of all mechanical piping and equipment, HVAC sheet metal, infrared heating, and vehicle exhaust systems.
